"Our balloon activities were a hoot!!!! It was the most hilarious thing ever watching them all concentrating on their balloons, ensuring that they had the best balloon hat in the room!!!! It brought everyone's personalities out and you can see the joy in the photos. This had everyone revved up for the Scavenger Hunt! Your idea of having teams organised prior worked perfectly - colleagues got to know each other, laughed with each other and hey - the rain just made it more fun!
